Sex is central to our sense of identity, our sense of personal power, sense of self-value and of course to our happiness.

This diagram shows what goes into great sex, and most especially into sacred sex or Maithuna (you won't see this word very often in this site because ancient words aren't necessary to talk about the important things if you have poetry.) Actually this picture demonstrates the ingredients of a great relationship.

As you can see this is not a simple linear process to approach it we need to work like and artist circling around the goal. We start by systematically approaching each ingredient in a way that allow continuous integration with your life. Doing the exercises and games in this site with a partner if you have one will strengthen your relationships. Doing them with a study group is good too, but the focus is on individual development so as to ready you for the most serious stage of your work which, of course, is living day-to-day. 

If you already have a partner, a beloved or a Guru, then what we offer hopefully will deepen and broaden what you are learning.
